When you work with HOW, at every step of the way, we want you to feel informed, part of the big decisions and confident that we’re working hard to bring your vision to life. We deliver an informative and thoughtful approach to planning your next project using our signature 7-Step Process:

STEP 1 - Design Consultation

Our projects start with a consultation in your home or project space and is a great way to see if we’re a good fit for one another. If it’s a go, we’ll follow up with a proposal that defines the project scope of work, timeline, and estimated investment.

STEP 2 - Project & Site Study

During the project and site study, we get to know you and your project goals on a deeper level. We’ll start by talking about the space(s) and features that are most important to you, take notes, measurements and photographs that we’ll share with our trusted team to ensure your future home is exactly what you’ve imagined.

**STEP 3 - Conceptual Design**

At the conceptual design stage, floor plans are developed. We present color schemes, mood boards and initial design directions for your feedback along with estimated project costs.

STEP 4 - Trade Day

Here’s where our time-built relationships really make a difference. We invite trusted architects, contractors, and tradespeople, to review your project and provide a quote for their services. Depending on your project, we may include carpenters, cabinet makers, window treatment specialists, wallpaper installers, etc.

**STEP 5 - Design Selection**

This is where our eye for quality, decor, and design shines. We specify new furniture, materials, fixtures, flooring, area rugs, lighting, window treatments, wall color and wall coverings, artwork and accessories as needed. You’ll see room renderings, touch and feel material samples and review updated project costs at this meeting. We offer revisions until we get it just right.

STEP 6 - Procurement & Construction Management

At House of Winsor Interiors, we handle even the smallest detail when we procure all items through our vendors, managing delivery, assembly, storage, delays and any damages. We’re in constant communication and coordinate with all contractors during this phase to ensure - we preserve the vision and design intent.

STEP 7 - Installation, Reveal & Project Closure

Our meticulous planning comes to a head in Step Seven. At this stage we’ll oversee every detail of your installation including placing your new furnishings, hanging the decor, and all final styling. Your finished home is unveiled and photographed; deficiencies are noted and rectified.

At this step it’s time for you to celebrate and immediately enjoy a home where you can relax, entertain, play and most importantly, fall in love with again and again.
