We know having a home you love and are proud to pass along to future generations is important. We also understand that creating this space takes time and special expertise. At House of Winsor, we specialize in done-for-you interior design and construction management. Our signature service, Full-Service Interior Design, allows us to manage all aspects of your project from concept to completion.
After diving deep into your vision and project details, we collaborate with our trusted partners, to remove the overwhelm from your home improvement project. The result? A home where you can relax, entertain, play and most importantly, fall in love with again and again.
Our 7-Step Process

All projects start with a consultation in your home or project space and are a great way to see if we’re a good fit for each other. If it’s a go, we’ll follow up with a proposal that defines the project scope of work, timeline, and estimated investment.

During the project and site study we get to know you and your project goals on a deeper level. At this meeting we also take detailed measurements, notes and photographs of the existing space. If you’re building a new home, we’ll start by talking about the spaces and features that are most important to you. We then collaborate closely with architects to ensure your future home is exactly what you’ve imagined.

At the conceptional design stage, floor plans are developed along with initial elevations. We present color schemes, mood boards and initial design directions for your feedback along with estimated project costs.

Here’s where our relationships really make a difference. We invite our trusted contractors, tradespeople, and artisans to review your project and provide a quote for their services. This may include carpenters, cabinet makers, window treatment specialists, wallpaper installers, etc.

We specify new furniture, materials, fixtures, flooring, area rugs, lighting, window treatments, wall color and wall coverings, artwork and accessories as needed. You’ll see room renderings, touch and feel material samples and review updated project costs at this meeting. This is where our eye for quality, decor, and design shines. We follow up with revisions until we get it just right.

We’ll handle even the smallest details when we procure all items through our vendors, managing delivery, assembly, storage, delays and any damages. We’re in constant communication and coordinate with all of our contractors and subs during this phase to ensure that the design plans are being carried out to our specifications.

All of our meticulous planning comes to a head here. At this stage we’ll oversee every detail of your installation including placing your new furnishings, hanging the decor, and all final styling. Your finished home is unveiled and photographed. Deficiencies are noted and rectified.
